We have a global vision in the manufacture of our tools. The objective? Offer the product that best suits our users. Therefore, each region has its catalog with products designed to respond to the uses and customs of each country.
PRICES
The Price List includes recommended Retail prices including standard packaging. The Prices do not include Value Added Tax (VAT), or/and any other taxes that maybe applicable to the transaction or on the goods.
PRICE CHANGE
In the case of a change of price, the price that is in effect on the date of delivery will be applied.
ORDERS
Orders are not considered firm until they are expressly accepted by BELLOTA.
MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum amount of each order will be agreed for each order.
DELIVERY
The goods will be delivered within a reasonable time from the signing of the contract. Every delivery time that might be specified will be purely informative and estimated, not being binding for Bellota Herramientas, S.L.U.
TRANSPORT
Unless something else is agreed between Bellota Herramientas S.L.U. and Customer, transport method and transport service providers will be chossen by seller.
TRANSPORT EXCEPTIONS
Buyer will verify that products have been delivered correctly. In case buyer finds a non conformity, he will inform Bellota Herramientas, S.L.U. within 24 hours. After this period of time, the seller will not accept any claim related with transport.
PAYMENT TERM
Payments will be made by buyer to seller 60 net from invoice date.
INVOICES ISSUES
Purchases will only be considered if the invoice has been issued. Pending orders at the end of the year will be deemed not valid.
GUARANTEE
Bellota Herramientas, S.L.U. offers a guarantee of its product manufacturing from the delivery date. In order for the purchaser to establish his guarantee rights, he must report any product defaults within a maximum of 15 days from the date of delivery. This guarantee does not extend to that damage which do not affect the supplied goods, except when the damage has been caused by negligence exclusively attributable to Bellota Herramientas, S.L.U. The guarantee does not include natural wear of damage originated after the delivery of the goods when these are due to wrong or careless manipulation or handling of the goods, to impooper storage or to inadqueate repari work carried out by the purchaser or a hitrd party.
CONDITIONS SET BY CUSTOMERS
Bellota Herramientas S.L.U. general terms of sale are the only applicable ones. The conditions of purchase established by customers in their orders which are in contradiction with these Terms and Conditions, will only be valid when Bellota Herramientas, S.L.U. has accepted them in a written
agreement.
RESERVE OF OWNERSHIP
All delivered goods will be owned by Bellota Herramientas S.L.U. until the whole purchasing Price has been paid. Once buyer has made all payments, seller will transfer the ownership of the goods to the buyer.
APPLICABLE JURISDICTION AND LAW
Disputes between both parties in relation to the interpretation and/or fulfilment of the contract will be subject to the Courts of San Sebastían (Guipúzcoa-Spain) with express waiver to any other that might correspond, Spanish Law being applicable.
