Anti-graffiti and paint protector

PRO1000G
  • Protects from graffiti and atmospheric pollution the building façades, metal doors, train carriages,... including monuments of historical-artistic interest.
  • High repellent power against paints, graffiti, sprays, felt-tip pens, dirt in general, sticking of posters and facilitates subsequent cleaning with only hot water under pressure. It is recommended to reapply PRO1000G every 2 years.
  • Water and oil repellent. Allows a certain degree of breathability without altering the chromatic appearance with high resistance to UV rays and weathering.
Recommended use:
DESTINATION Natural stones of any kind and absorbent building products, also of historical-artistic and monumental interest. USE Shake the package well before use. Apply the product only on absorbent, clean and dry surfaces. PRO1000G is ready for use and can be applied, as needed, using a low pressure vaporizer, roller or soft brush in natural fibers. Apply the product in at least two successive coats, wet on wet. For surfaces with high porosity it is recommended to apply the product until the surface is completely saturated. However, apply uniformly avoiding surface stagnation. Wait for the substrate to dry in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment. For the subsequent elimination of graffiti, use a steamer at a temperature of at least 80 °C, or a hot water high-pressure washer (at least 80/90 ° C-20/40 bar). Alternatively, graffiti removal can also be done with the DE1000G remover (see technical data sheet). After each cleaning operation, PRO1000G must be reapplied as it is completely removed from graffiti removal operations. Carry out preliminary tests on the surface to be treated in order to avoid possible side effects. WARNINGS - Product intended for professional use. - Operating temperatures + 5 °C / + 35 °C. - Do not apply in conditions of high humidity, of impending rain and in conditions of full sunlight. - Thoroughly protect surfaces for which the product is not intended. - Do not smoke or use open flames during application. - Equip operators as required by current safety standards. - Adequately ventilate the closed rooms during the use of the product. - Do not disperse the product and its residues in the environment. - Storage temperatures: +5 °C / +35 °C

Description

Anti-graffiti and anti-atmospheric pollution protector based on waxes and fluoropolymers in aqueous emulsion. It prevents the penetration of paints, graffiti, markers, vandal foulings in general and the bill posting and facilitates the subsequent cleaning to be carried out simply with hot water under pressure (80/90 ° C-20/40 bar). It gives water-repellency and oil-repellency to the treated materials. Its total reversibility to hot water means that the protective must be reapplied after each graffiti removal procedure. The treatment does not completely occlude the porosity of the materials and does not significantly alter the chromatic aspect; it also has high resistance to UV rays and weathering. Extreme weathering conditions can reduce the protective capability of the product, therefore to keep the protection level intact it is recommended to apply PRO1000G again every 2 years. It must prevent the penetration of paints, markers, graffiti, sprays and bill posting and facilitate their subsequent cleaning, simply done with hot water under pressure (80/90 ° C-20/40 bar) or with the use of a steamer. It must give water-repellency and oil-repellency to the treated materials. It must be completely reversible with just hot water. It must not significantly influence the breathability or the chromatic aspect of the treated substrates, it must also have high resistance to UV rays and be easily applicable by brush, roller or spray. It must be reversible. It must be accompanied by a 16-section safety sheet as required by current legislation.
